This whiskey is a celebration of East Anglian agriculture, crafted from a mash bill of 75% rye and 25% malted barley. The rye is grown locally at the Adnams family farm in Reydon, just one mile from the distillery. It is matured for at least five years in virgin French oak barrels, resulting in a spirit that is rich, spicy, and deeply complex.
